How selling works
1. Free valuation
A local agent visits, walks the plot with you and gives an honest price based on real sales nearby.
2. Agree the fee in writing
Pay UGX 500,000 now, or UGX 650,000 later when the sale completes. Nothing else is added afterwards.
3. Map your property
We drop a pin, draw your boundary on satellite imagery and calculate the area in acres and decimals.
4. Check the paperwork
Upload your title, certificate of customary ownership or sale agreement. We review it privately before you go live.
5. Go live and get offers
Photographs, floor plan, listing and a QR-code board at the property. Enquiries, viewings and offers land in your dashboard.
6. Complete
We hand the transfer to a vetted lawyer and follow it through to registration and keys.

The best way to show your property
Photographs, a floor plan and a QR-code board come as standard. These extras are for properties that need more.
Built for Uganda
No postcodes needed
Your property is placed with a pin and a drawn boundary, not an address that does not exist.
Documents seen privately
Titles, customary certificates and agreements are reviewed by us and never shown publicly.
A board that does something
The board outside carries a QR code, so a passer-by is in your listing in one scan.
